One of my pins on Pintrest was a really awesome suggestion on the many uses of these silica gel packets. So I really wanted to try two of them myself but unfortunately I just didn't have enough of these little silica packets laying around. So I order the packets here and now just received the silica package in the mail. I used Prime so the delivery was fast as usual. The product is great. The packets seem to do the trick as they are durable and a good size. The bag the packets arrive in is just as they described, heavy duty. I also got extra packets! The bag description says 25 but when I counted mine I got 27 packets!… very cool! It is always cool to get extra!. Happy with my purchase and hopefully my silica flower drying experiments will work out for me, we will see.

Love the versatilty of these Gel packs!
I learned about Silica Gel Packs while traveling over seas and visiting friends. I was impressed with the versatility and function. After the quick and friendly customer service I received from Pumpkin Packets I ordered them and I have been putting them to the test.These live up to what they claim to do. Ironically, the day I received them, my iPhone and battery pack got wet. I dried them the best I could & I berried the battery case in the gel packs worked like a charm and saved me 150.00 from having to purchase a new battery pack.They work well in your dried oatmeal, rice and dried nuts.I even used them when I cleaned out my Dyson DC 41. I cleaned out the hose and had a hard time drying the hose with dry towels. So, I decided to stuff the hose with the Silica packs and placed the hose in the sun for the day. Normally own I have done this in the past with out the packs, it takes a full 24 hours to dry. With the Silica, it took roughly 10 hours to dry. The packs come out bloated (because of the moisture they absorbed) and your left with a dry vacuum hose.I have been recommending these to all of my friends and family members. These are going to make great stocking stuffers next winter.
