Ceramic One-person Portable Travel Tea Set, Barley Glaze

It was very cute and pretty and came in a fancy package (great for gift giving). However, it was smaller than I had expected. I should of read the measurments closer.

This is well made, the weight is just right, it feels old and substantial, and has a wonderfully rustic texture and coloration. I was pleased that the strainer works well with loose leaf teas. The best part is that the cup forms the lid, so while steeping the leaves, the cup is not only trapping the warm moist air but is also being warmed by the heat of the water. Very nice! The ONLY thing I wish were better about this teapot is the cleaning -- I don't have access to running water to wash out the tea leaves. I'm at an office desk and have to wipe it out very carefully. Otherwise, I love it!
