Fits Kitchen Aid model K5-A mixer from 1960's. Not sure how this beast still works but it does. Original mixing blade white paint is chipping. good replacements. The wire wisk seems smaller than original but I was 6 when I last saw it 45 yrs ago.

Turns out, reading reviews can create a lot of trepidation. One big problem here is that the reviews are mixed across several different versions of this product, and even more so across variations specific to other sizes. The important thing with aftermarket parts is first, do they fit and work for your purposes? In this case, yes they do for me, just like the OEM ones. I bought mine to have working spares, since I have multiple bowls with lids, and tend to make more than one recipe at a time. There's always going to be a question about durability. The answer depends a lot on your commitment to care, product use, and observation over time. So far, mine are holding up fine, with no chips or rust, or anything like that. Since these are aftermarket products, I think a good rule of thumb would be to take extra care in use and cleaning, but cost comparison certainly makes these a value. For my part, I recommend them.

Lighter feel than the kitchen aid accessories. But works well.

Im not sure if I didn't know your supposed to size down.... but I searched for 5qt mixer accessories and ordered these for my 5qt machine. First time I used them the whisk broke. The dough hook and paddle didn't even fit when put down, I wasn't able to lock the head into place. Ordered a replacement same thing. I then returned it and ordered the 4.5qt set and works perfectly.

So satisfied with these attachments. I thought I was going to have to give away my mixer and find an all new one. I had attachments that were the wrong size which came with the mixer. Thankfully, when I measured them and compare them, I was hopeful that these would be a good match. According to online Charts, my mixer is from 2008. It has a 4.5 qt Lift bowl, and these attachments are PERFECT!!! So happy I checked everything out before I gave my mixer away.

This kit came with everything I needed to replace my old flat beater. Highly recommend!
