My daughter (6) and I love this book! There are some that are too hard but for the most part this book has created hours of fun! We love it.

The book is more for an advanced couple I would say, it doesn’t state that anywhere. There aren’t enough routines that I felt could be done at a a level where one of the yogis is new to the practice
