Just started using it. Seems like a good solution, but, it is early yet and I continue to have some issues with my elbow.

I had neck surgery in February and had extensive physical therapy & used this product in my p.t. Sessions . I purchased this product to continue with home exercises. It is wonderful! I’m building strength in my hands , that was decreased from nerve impingement prior to my surgery. I would highly recommend this product for hand strength building.
