This plus drinking more water seems to have done the trick
I decided to look into liver support supplements after blood work showed my ALT and AST enzymes were elevated. I went with this product since it has both TUDCA and NAC. I got my bloodwork done after taking 1 capsule a day from the 60 pill bottle and my enzymes were back in the normal range. I was very pleased with the results so I purchase this 90 pill bottle and my liver enzymes continue to stay in the normal range. I also increased my water intake from 2-3 liters a day to 4-5 liters a day. I think this combo does a good job of keeping my liver flush.

Unknown substance?
I've personally has this product 3rd party tested (I won't mention the name of the company, as I'm not advertising), I can confirm there is no TUDCA in the product.I welcome anyone who purchased it to do the same a leave comments.I do not recommend this product.
