Skimpy to nicely noticeable
I like this Rimmel London Scandaleyes Mascara. I discovered it after L’Oréal discontinued their mascara I had used for years (Voluminous Extra-Volume Collagen Mascara). This Rimmel makeup is a good mascara at a good price. It makes my skimpy eyelashes go from barely there to nicely noticeable. It doesn’t smudge and it removes easily with eye makeup remover. It has replaced L’Oréal as my "go to" mascara.

Okay - I never buy drugstore makeup, but this is ✨awesome✨ Best if applied with a second layer, after the first layer has set. Now I can save so much, and still have good quality lashes!

Not the same wand
They changed the brush in this version of Scandal Eyes and it doesn't deposit the product like the original version. I simply used the wand from my old bottle but I won't order this version again.

While this works well, I ordered the Waterproof...which this is not.
5 times I ordered the Waterproof version of this, and I got this. While it works really well, it doesn't hold up in the rain or snow...VERY non waterproof!

Favorite
The best mascara I’ve used. Been using this for years and it’s my all time favorite. Application is easy. Lasts all day, makes my lashes look alive
