So i decided to give this another shot! And maybe I got a bad product before but my second bottle works so much better! I take it 20-30 mins before my first meal and it really does help suppress your appetite. It’s also helped make me more regular so all the bloat is gone. This is great for someone who needs to quiet the food noise but doesn’t really qualify for any kind of weight loss meds. This is also great for someone in a deficit. So this doesn’t works to suppress appetite and lose weight because it makes you nauseous you can’t eat anything! The first time I took it AFTER eating breakfast and it didn’t work as well but I didn’t feel sick. It says to take 30 mins before food though so I tried that for second dose and immediately felt nauseous. I tried it a third and second time the following days and same thing.
