I am no stranger to hot sauces. At one point I had nearly 600 bottles. When I bought my first bottle of Wuju, it was no doubt once of the best I had ever tasted. However, when I ordered my 2nd bottle it was not the same. Still good, but not outstanding like the first bottle. I cannot attribute any cause to it, but at its stellar price the first bottle was worth it, the second bottle was not. I may try it again at some point in the future, but not now. I can only assume their manufacturing process is not consistent.

I ordered this hot sauce on a whim and have to say...it is really an excellent product. It has some Southeast Asian flavors, which I've found to be a great addition my curry recipes. It is also delicious stand-alone sauce and tasted great with the omelette I made this morning.I was initially apprehensive about the heat level, as there is habenero listed in the ingredients. However, the spice level balanced well with the sweet ingredients.I'm very satisfied with the quality of this sauce. Wuju definitely has a new customer! I'm looking forward to incorporating Wuju into my future meals.

My favorite of all hot sauces - and I do love hot sauces! Medium heat, with curry overtones - some sweetness, some tang. Some perfect! I'm on my third bottle with two more on order. I've been using it on everything from eggs to chicken to casseroles. Mix with mayo for a dip, wonderful on hot wings, great mixed with barbecue sauce. Yes, it's expensive - and I don't say this lightly - it's worth it. LOVE. Wish there was a case discount!

I used to love the WUJU hot sauce, both original and hot (although the hot sauce isn't very spicy), it was a thick, curry/mustard based sauce that was almost anything from egg to rice to cheese. It was recently reformulated, and it is good, but it is now more acidic, and much thinner. I wish they would go back to the old formula.

This sauce is a tad pricey, but worth it in my opinion. It brings just the right amount of heat, balanced against a fruity sweetness that combines well with many different foods. My 12 year old son loves it!

When I first tasted WUJU it was like my taste buds had discovered a new taste. I usually dislike traditional hot sauces, but WUJU is not traditional. The perfect mix of sweet with a kick of spicy to follow was a joy to taste. I first used WUJU on my daily egg whites and WUJU spiced it up making them even more delicious. Would recommend if you would like to upgrade your traditional hot sauce and expand your taste palette to an exceptional sauce. I will be buying more as soon as this bottle is finished.

The mango/agave ingredients separate this sauce from others. Somewhat like Tamarind, but not quite. The sauce is not really very hot, so don't be scared of it. There is heat, but not scorching.

Nice flavor but I was looking for spicy but nice mix of sweet just not as spicy for the label hot and something to search for and order online should be common and on shelves
