This is a lovely toy. I’ve put it together but its not been played with yet as its a gift. Took about an hour to put up. Its very sturdy once built and can be moved around by an adult if needs be as its fairly lightweight for its size. Everything fitted together perfectly, other reviews said they had issues with things lining up but i did not. Some other reviews also mention that its not great quality, i both agree and disagree. I think the actual product is fine for a toy but there were a few small scratches/rips along the edges and where the holes for the screws had been drilled. Once assembled, you don’t noticed these jagged edges etc, at least not on mine. I think they could have put more care into drilling the predrilled holes so not to chip/rip the paint, as some holes were a bit messy (but not noticeable once built). The number stickers (to help you put it together) did pull off some of the paint when i removed them so be careful there, do it slowly. I think it will get bashed up when heavily played with but doesn’t every toy get bashed up with use? Kids are heavy handed. Because of the sticker/paint issue and the small scratches, i think this is better priced at around £50. Other than that its a great toy and will be enjoyed thoroughly by my daughter. Glad i purchased it.

I’d read a lot of reviews before purchasing this house! I can understand some of the negative ones- some of the pieces of the house may have slightly chipped paint or scuffs if you look really closely, however as a finished product you don’t see any of that. Atleast not on the one I received.The instructions are very basic but I managed to put it together without much trouble and didn’t require a drill- just a screwdriver. (Make sure you don’t use the wrong screws once you get to the roof sections otherwise you’ll end up having to pull out snapped screws like me! Entirely my own fault haha!)The house does look dark inside but I’m going to put this one on a stand or table so hopefully my son won’t struggle to see inside. Could always stick in some of those push lights if you wanted to.Overall I’m really chuffed with it because I know my son is going to love it! He is turning 3 tomorrow and every day he makes me play ‘peppa house’ with him using whatever he can to make the rooms etc so this seemed like the ideal gift and more solid than a plastic toy house.I do think it’s hugely overpriced (some shops sell it for £80!) but ain’t that just the way with big brand toys.I’m happy we bought it and think it’ll get lots of play time!

This a lovely Peppa Pig house for any Budding Peppa Pig Fan!It's nice and Big with plenty of roomily rooms.However I feel that it needed a little more Furniture (Like a T.V)and to save damage it sits somewhere where it will remain unmoved as it would probably break if it was moved here there and everywhere as it's quite delicateThe moment it came my little one knew exactly what it was, it was her treat for doing really well with her potty training.her thrills of laughter and screams and joyous bouncing made my ears hurt for a moment, but boy I could get on with some things once it was built, she spent a good 3 hours playing with it, One moment I thought she had fallen to sleep as it was so silent, LolA Perfect Gift and ONE HAPPY MUMMY & DADDY!

Item looks nice however it’s not the best quality, it’s basically Mdf with sheet stickers attached to them, so as soon as we took it out of the box, it was already marked in lots of places, and I am expecting it to be covered in scratches as soon as it is played with. Disappointing given the price of the item.Some pieces did not slot together well and had to cut to get them to fit. It does feel sturdy once assembled

We have a lot of peppa items. But this is rubbish. Terrible quality. A pain to build and uses wood screws that have no covers so just left exposed and looks cheap. Avoid and buy a non peppa house.

Lovely present for any child that likes Peppa Pig.Functional toy that is built to last, colourful, sturdy and safe for little ones.

Windows and balcony always fall off. Should come already fixed in

Had high hopes for this product, really disappointed. None of the walls line up, wood is warped in places. Mark’s have been covered with similar colour paint. Overall a waste of £80 and if my daughter hasn’t already seen it I would have returned it
