Q: Is the primary ingredient for this mix is almond flour why is it so high in carbs - 1 8" pizza is 72 carbs, purportedly 6 servings but really one!

For less carbs, I made the mix into bagels. You can use the bagels to make personal pizza bagels. One bagel is 12 g of carbs if you get 12 bagels out of the mix and is pretty filling for me from all the fiber and protein. The carbs come from the tapioca starch. It's not a low carb flour it's dairy free, grain free, gluten free, and paleo.
