I have been using Flexacil for a number of years now. Although nothing will completely heal the damage done to my knees, and now the arthritis that has set in, the product has gone a long way in lubricating the joints so that I have a normal range of movement and pain is kept to an acceptable level.I did some research into the the type of ingredients that a joint supplement should contain. I have Fibromyalgia, failed back syndrome, osteoarthritis and many other ailments; my mother-in-law is 82 and has much arthritis and my husband drives up to 300 miles a day and has a lot of pain in his legs, feet and hips. I have had joint pain in my left elbow for years due to a wrestling injury about 10 years ago. I have gone through phases where it flares up, or when the pain is latent.
