“Would the kato n scale train set work with bachman n scale track? ”

They will not fit without cutting the plastic joiners off. The track will be joined by the rail joiners only.

I have ho track terminal wire (from set) would the same wire fit for n scale track? or do i have to buy a different wire just for n scale?

The n-scale track terminal has two flat prongs that protrude horizontally out one side (exterior) of the curve spaced about 1/2" apart. A flat recepter with two slots to receive the prongs is required to make the connection. I suppose a person could solder leads to the prongs if done so very carefully.
