The package I think was used , and for the product its not that much quality but its fine

It is good enough and sturdy baby walker but not good for tall children at age 1. The maximum adjustable height is still not enough for my toddler. Also this should not be used if baby has not walked yet. They should first walk unassisted and learn to walk themselves and once they have learnt it then only can the baby walker be used as an adjuvant.

Its nice but the problem is that the electrical board is not working! we only found out after opening it and it was too late to return

Good quality, good support for the babay, nice games for the baby to play with. Please keep in mind that the child needs supervision while playing to avoid any accidents
