I got these and omfg lol. On water color paper if held at a mild angle the pass over the paper with ease. If you use dip pen ink it holds it well but clean them well before using them. This holds true for any nib. I accidentally bought 30 but I’m glad I did. I strongly recommend them

These are good, fellow pen geeks. They fit my generic Tachikawa holders and my Ackerman pump pen. Nibs are sharp as well. Perfect for me.

Nibs will not hold ink well enough to write a single capital letter. It spits a blob at the beginning which doesn’t leave enough ink for the rest of the letter to be written without dipping into the ink again, thus creating another blob. And, no, I’m not new at this.

I use dip pens for comic-style art, and I wanted to pick these up for an alternative to 102 crow quills. Thus far they give great line variation, although I will state that they don't quite reach the fine-line quality of a needlepoint-fine crow quill, but I jump between pens for various tasks anyways, so no big deal. I held the point in a candle flame for just a second to get rid of the oil that most nibs are packed in and worked out some quick linework in a sketchbook without any difficulty.

This fit right into my Jinhao 159 fountain pen, no heat set required, and turned it into a really great flex pen! Note: They’re very sharp, so I did write with the pen on some sanding paper a bit until it wasn’t quite so fine, is basically a fine flex stub now. Really awesome discovery.

I purchased these nibs thinking they were the same ones I got in 2016. They were not. They look almost identical to the Zebra Comic Chrome G nibs, which are fantastic, but these can barely hold ink. I’m not super experienced, so I decided 2 stars in case I’m doing something wildly wrong, but I don’t have any issues with Zebra nips. I can not recommend these. They’re not very expensive, but just spend a little more money for the better product.
