Val-U-Band 10-6122 Latex Free Exercise Band, Orange

I teach elementary school and used the bands to tie between the front legs of chairs as a Bouncy Band for the students' feet. This allows students to wiggle without distracting their neighbors. The students enjoy it. I looped the band around the chair legs to double the strength, then tied the ends together. Only 2 have broken under student use, but with the loop on their chairs, students tend to wind their feet between the bands, which creates a tripping hazard if they pop up quickly. They need regular reminders on how to use the bands safely. I'm not sure how sturdy the Bouncy Band would be if I'd simply tied it to each of the front legs, but it could be a bit safer. About half the box was needed to provide looped bands for 24 chairs, allowing a complete replacement set for the bands throughout the year.

I am actually using it to tie a and around the front legs of my classroom chairs for kids to press their legs against for resistance and movement. They do break when pulled on enough times or too hard, but I have a huge roll and it should last the school year or beyond!

I use this to tie around the legs of the desks in my classrooms so the kids can bounce their legs up and down, giving them a chance to "fidget" without disrupting others and it works great!

This is not quite what I used at the gym when I did Physical Therapy, but it gets the job done. So far, it works fine for gentle strength training.

If you are like me and purchased this specific item because you are allergic to latex, do NOT buy this product! There is a sticker that labels this band as "latex free" but the text on the box says "CAUTION: Contains natural rubber latex which may cause allergic reactions". The product description needs to be changed immediately to keep consumers safe!

Good product, cheaper than theraband

Great exercise band 5.5 metres in length which I'm using to help the recovery of a total knee replacement, the green is a medium strength exercise band which is ideal for me with a knee replacement but for someone to use with the legs that have good strength you would require blue or black which gives more resistance, I plane to double up on the band as my knee gets stronger which should increase resistance which you are able to do with 5.5 metres.I would recommend the Val-u-Band which is just as good as other thera bands I have used.Please click on the “Yes” button below if this review has been helpful thank you.

Als Allergiker war ich froh, diese Bänder gefunden zu haben. Nutze sie an einer Sprossenwand zur Dehnung der Brustmuskulatur. Das 5,5 m Band habe ich halbiert, so komme ich (da ich das Band ja doppelt gelegt verwende) auf eine Länge von 1,25 m. Dazu habe ich mir als Ergänzung zwei Thera-Band Assist Doppelschlaufen gekauft. Klasse Kombi. Ich wiege nur 55 kg, da ist orange perfekt. Das Material klebt nicht aneinander sondern ist schön glatt und raschelt auch nicht.

Al principio contento con la compra, pero tras poco más de 1 mes de uso ya se me ha partido 4 veces.Por lo menos algunos trozos en los que se me ha partido tienen un tamaño que me permite seguir usándolos.

Das Band ist nur ganz am Anfang gewöhnungsbedürftigNach einigen Dehnübungen gibt es aber genauso gut nach wie die doppelt so teuren BänderIch binsehr zufrieden damit
