Not an easy read.
Very disappointed. It just seems like a load of random facts, scattered around the pages. The title implies an organised schedule of "2 weeks to feeling great". Just 2 or 3 pages show the intermittent fasting programme and the rest is just a series of bits of information dotted through the pages. Not an easy read.

Finally - nutrition, health and weight loss make sense
This book is everything! It perfectly describes how the body works as a single unit and how nutrition informs every aspect of its responses. As such, weight loss becomes achievable because Gabriela Peacock highlights how the whole body and our nutritional approach to it can be harnessed to help us achieve our goals. I am officially obsessed!

Fantastic!
Fantastic! Sensible approach to both losing weight and eating healthily. Very easy to follow and really works. I have been doing the diet for 12 days now and have lost 2kgs, I’m delighted. The best thing is knowing that the fasting is only for a day and that I can eat semi normally on the other days. The Magic day also means that I can eat what I want if there’s a special occasion, family meal or the likes. It does take some discipline but seeing the results so quickly on the scales, tape measure and energy levels really helps with focus. Also, knowing something about nutrition myself, Gabriella clearly knows what she is talking about. I would recommend that you read the whole book to understand the principles of this diet.

Amazing recipes
This book is really great. I did 4 different dishes in 2 days already and I must say the recipes are easy and amazing. If I eat by what is in this book, I feel I will look like a supermodel in no time!
