Good quality and sturdy hand grip strengthener with adjustable resistance. Good price too. Recommended.

This is my first grip strengthener. I chose it because the reviews said the grip is comfortable and the resistance easy to adjust. Both are true and I’m using it daily. So far so good! I’ve only had it for about a month, so no idea how long it will last, but it seems nice and sturdy.

This is a good trainer for hands and forearms. I had some other before to keep my hands and fingers strong for climbing. This one it was surprisingly good, the adjustable wheel allows you to add the required tension with quite great precision. Good grip too, I wish it had a more anatomically shape to adapt the fingers and more rounded edges (the grip) but not too bad in that sense. It serves its purpose perfectly. I can’t tell about durability yet as I’ve been using it for couple of months approx but so far so good.
