I really didn't think it was going to be this cheaply made. Too small to put on a truck. It was so easy , to give away.

YOU HAVE SOME LITTLE IMPERFECTIONS. BUT DAMN, FOR THE PRICE. WOW WHAT A BARGAIN.EVERY BODY NOTICES MY HOOD SCOOP, AND WITH MY MAGNAFLOW DUALS, THEY THINK ITS FUNCTIONAL AND NOT DECORATIVE. IT WAXES UP JUST LIKE MY BLACK PAINT ON MY TRUCK. IT LOOKS ALMOST FACTORY. CANT BE HAPPIER. I REPLACED THE CHINESE 3M KNOCK OFF WITH REAL 3M AUTOMOTIVE DOUBLE SIDED TAPE, MEASURED THE WIDTH OF THE HOOD TO MAKE IT CENTERED , WIPED IT GOOD WITH HANDIWIPES TO GET RID OF WAX AND ROAD FILM. I PEALED THE 3M TAPE, WAITED UNTIL THE HOOD WAS GOOD AND WARN . I PLACED THE HOOD SCOOP ON, PRESSED IT DON FIRMLY AND LET THE ENGINE RUN TO GET THE SCOOP WARM AND PRESSED IT DOWN FIRMLY AGAIN. NO GAPS, AND A PERFECT SEAL. EVEN TOOK THE TRK THROUGH THE POWER CAR WASH NO ISSUES ABOUT BLOWING THE SCOOP OFF. WHEN I GOT HOME I WAXED THE WHOLE TRK. AGAIN EVERY ONE COMMENTS ON HOW AWESOME THE SCOOP IS.

I have gotten so many compliments on my truck,, at first I was thinking about taking it off,, then quite a few women and men likes the look.

I bought this with the intention of having this as a functional piece but had to put it on the back burner due to funds but it will happen . In the meantime I was thinking of putting it on as a decoration piece . Still on the fence about that but I do like the look . Don’t know how long the shine will last but you could paint it but I’ll probably carbon fiber it .. is it high priced you ask ? I don’t think so . I won’t know more till it’s on my car .

This scoop is ok, but when it arrived I noticed that the screen mesh was slightly bent. I was able to easily straighten it out. However, after having it on for a couple of days I have noticed that the mesh is now falling out. And since this is inserted from inside, it is falling out backwards and I can not remove the scoop to work on securing it back in. So I am now figuring out how to secure it from outside the scoop while it is still mounted to my trucks hood.Word of advice, before putting this on, I recommend adding something inside the scoop to the mesh to secure it since whatever is used by the manufacturer doesn't hold up.

Disappointed, product came broken and the mesh is not attachedUpdate, I had them send a replacement and the second was broken in the exact same way..
