I have bought 4 times the same item and returned three times due to manufacture defect. Last order they don’t return and mentioned to send to service center. Service center team mentioned the board is refurbished one that’s why it is getting defect. Now they need to change the board and not covered under warranty. Not trusted at all.

Other than the great colour, there's a reason this mixer is always one of the top rated. Great if you do a lot of baking. The only thing I don't like is the beater doesn't hit the bottom of the bowl like a hand mixer so you have to keep scraping the bottom.

This mixer was my dream mixer for a few years after doing research on different mixers and their specifications. So glad I finally got it, works like a charm.

This mixer is the best I have used since my family had a bakery many years ago. Easy to use, lift apparatus works like a charm. Mixing bread dough is very easy, no evidence of the overload on the motor. This mixer is well built, handles all doughs easily and is worth the price. I have no doubt that we will have it for a long time and we are very glad we purchased this model. Would recommend to anyone who loves to mix and bake.

I bake quite often, atleast a loaf a day, I started getting tired of using the ol' elbow grease and decided it was finally time to get myself one.It worked out great, no more tired arms, no need to feel frustrated when a recipe calls specifically for a stand mixer, and it's such a nice blue to boot!I'd say I'm quite happy with my purchase!
