UPDATE: A replacement was sent to me right away and I'm happy to say it works much better than the original one I received. Customer service was prompt and friendly.To say I'm disappointed is an understatement. The first time I tried to use it, it wouldn't even turn on. It would turn on when the unit was empty, but once I added my water, protein powder and half a banana...nothing. I thought maybe I didn't charge it enough so I emptied it, washed it all out, and put it back on the charger. After a couple of hours I tried again. Same thing. Once again I had to empty it and wash it out. Then I let it charge overnight. This morning can you guess what happened? For the third time I had to empty the unmixed contents and wash it out. It appears to be useless. It only turns on when it's empty. Also, the plastic tab that covers the charger plug came completely off the first time I ever opened it. It's not like I tugged on it or violently ripped it open. I just gently pulled it open and it tore right off of the unit. The rubber button covering the power switch came off somehow too. I was able to pop it back on, but still. This was the biggest waste of $30 I ever spent. It would have been easier to throw that money in the fireplace....there would have been less clean-up involved and at least I would've gotten what I expected.

My gf bought this for me last week, and I have used it almost every day since I received it.The obvious use is for protein drinks, but I really like using it with my pre-workout energy drinks before goingto the gym and for Gatorade powder when I get back from a run. Those are my favorite uses for it.I used to mix those in a cup with a spoon, but it is so convenient to use this instead.I can just put everything in this mixer and go without messing with anything else.And it will mix better to boot. Just realize that this is not meant to blend fruit and ice.It's not a blender! If you get it for what it is meant for, you will use it more than you think.Especially if you are like me and mix powder drinks like I mentioned on a daily basis.Also, the battery comes charged and ready to go. I thought that was really cool, since that is not usually the case.I have been using it for over a week and have not even had to charge it yet. I think it's a really cool product.

I love this little mixer. Works perfectly for protein shakes. I have also used it several times to make my bulletproof coffee in. So far so good no issues with anything. I do allow the butter to soften before putting in the cup then add the coffee so it melts it further then add my coconut oil and turn her on. Works like a dream. Easy to clean too, and I love that you can push and blend as well as push a little longer and it will stay on and blend until you push it again. Very nice feature and great little cup! I do wish however, that it had an indicator that showed how much charge was left, however I just recharge it once a week and so far so good no issues.

I really love having a cup that I can easily mix with press of a button. And it's so easy to detach the base to clean. My only issue that I have is that the cap doesn't clip to stay open. It always smacks me in the face when I'm drinking if I forget to hold it. LOLUPDATE: Be cautious if you put anything carbonated/effervescent (like Emergen-C) in the bottle. The pressure popped the seal under the silver ring at the top. Now my bottle leaks from there. :(

Compare with other protein shaker that I have used, this one works the best for me.First, it is charged through a usb cable. This means I don't need to worry about battery at any time since I can alway plug the cable in to power it up. Some shakers I used before works only on AA battery, and it is very frustrated when the battery runs out when you need it. Trust me, if you are trying to buy a protein shaker, always get one that can be charged through a cable!Second, it is quite powerful. For me the second most important thing for a protein shaker is its power to shake the protein. This product really make the job done.All in all, it is a very functional product and I highly recommend it.

Worked great for the first month or so, then started to rust on the motor on the inside and in the power jack. So the RUST-Proof is false. I've been careful when cleaning and filling to not have the base near the unit. But i have found if you take the bottle and place it in a refridgerator with the base attached condensation does build up inside the motor housing causing the rust. Loved it before it started rusting and became a chore to try and charge due to the rust. Used it two to three times a day.

At first I really enjoyed the product. Powerful, yet quiet. Even now it works great (6 months later), but now I see a flaw in the product. Under the inside clear plastic rim is a small space that not sealed. It's too small to clean, but large enough for drink particles like protein powder and pre-workout to get in there. At first I thought it was just sealant glue, but today I decided to look at the bottle and noticed something disturbing. There is some time of bacterial/fungal growth under the rim! I have included a picture for you all to see. NOTICE THE CRUD UNDERNEATH THE WHITE/CLEAR PLASTIC RIM!I clean my bottle out after every use, but there is no way to clean out this part of the bottle. It should be sealed in some way to prevent this from happening. Will not be using this bottle again due to there being filth under the rim. I hope customer service will reach out to me to resolve this issue or send a replacement.

This is an amazing item. It works flawlessly and mixes my pre workout and protein powder without any chunks.There was a negative to it but it was my fault. I used it as a container and had my powder in it prior to the water and it turned on but didn't move because the motor isn't meant to deal with solids. It still works but doesn't mix the same as before so I ordered a new one. Lesson learned. I was extremely satisfied with the product hence the fact I bought a new one after the first one broke
