Do not desperate if does not work at first!
It took me a couple tries because the volume icon never showed up at the TV as the instructions says. I tried resetting it to the default position (By holding Zero + Power for two seconds), and after that it did work. The product is great for what it is, the build quality is somehow cheap, so be careful not to drop it.

Very poor will not work with tcl .roku, and will not program to any of our other devices!
