The fish hat was best popular at the party. It is good quality & cute.

This hat is as advertised, adult size fits adult head comfortably. The only drawback is that it ships flat, and even after fluffing it, the face is still a bit squashed looking. Could be solved with some crumpled tissue paper stuffed into the face, but the seams are all closed, so short of cutting it (which I don’t want to do) there’s no way to remedy the squashed look. But for an inexpensive party hat with a seagoing theme, it’s just fine.

The pictures show adult men comfortably wearing the hat, and the description says for an adult costume. However, it is much smaller than depicted - it barely sits on top of my head, and will be irritating to try to keep on, if I'm even able to use it for a costume. (For reference, I use an adult size large for a hat, but nothing above standard). It does not have elastic or an adjustable band.

Is it a very silly hat? Yes. But poor quality, the hat part is on the back half of the fish, and the fish's face looks awful.

It's hilarious. I teach 5th grade and they love my fish hat. Fits well, lightweight, and easily folded up and stored

A cheap felt material and kinda misproportioned. Nemos little Dumbo brother. The material is a very thin almost paperlike felt that is often used for cheap Santa hats. It also does not match up with the advertised pictures. The front fins are huge, the body barely fits an adult head.
