The all new Roc Lock Jr. fit system with ratchet buckle provides an easy way to fit your kid's helmet quickly and securely. With a wide size range, your child can use this helmet as they grow from balance bikes to training wheels. The design is inspired by the adults'Montaro / Montara, and since the Scamp is available in a range of kid-friendly colors and designs, your child will be excited to wear it every time they ride. Scamp MIPS models are available with the Multi-Directional Impact Protection System. We believe MIPS can redirect energy and provide more protection in certain impacts.

Cheap quality chin strap
After being worn a handful of time it has broken. The clip on the chin strap has called off and the return window closed with no option of a warranty. Terrible service and product.

Very cool helmet...
I've had many Giro helmets for myself, but this one was for my son. It never fails, it is light and has holes to keep his head cool and the adjustment is very easy to work and keeps the helmet snug when on and allows it to be loosed to remove easily. It also looks very cool, the envy of every parent in the park! But most importantly, it keeps my son safe.

Quality helmet, great fitting easy to adjust
Quality product from Giro, great fitting easy to adjust. It just sits better on child's head than other (lower priced) helmet' s I've seen.
