Purchased this case based on price and 5/5 stars (18 reviews at the time). When it arrived we opened it and it doesn't have the support strap pictured and one of the hinges didn't have both pins so it fell out LITERALLY the first time we opened the case. The second/middle hinge was also not attached properly and looked like it would fall out soon too. Returning this for a refund.Thank goodness for Amazon Prime... easy return with no fees. LOVE Amazon!!!

the product is very good for the price. I was disappointed that the handle was hanging off. It looked like the rivets never were attached properly. because I needed to use this product right away I fixed it myself with a couple small bolts and nuts. packers need to look at the product more closely before sending. this flaw was very obvious and it did not happen because of the packaging.

Not bad for the price. A little disappointed that the trim was already coming apart. Able to fix it myself. Other than that satisfied with how secure it my guitar is on the inside and that I am able to lock it up.
