Horrible - Van Ness Scratch Pad
In all my years of shopping on Amazon, Van Ness Scratch Pad has to be the worst and most cheaply made item I've ever purchased. My 13 lb cat jumped from the counter to the scratch pad and it broke in half. I did not read the notification to keep the paper sticker on top of the pad so cat nip won't fall through the holes. Instead the notification should have indicated "DO NOT REMOVE BECAUSE THE REMNANTS OF THE GLUE ON THE STICKER WILL NOT COME OFF THE SCRATCH PAD". 100% dissatisfied.

Need to be wider
My cats love these, especially this particular s shape scratcher. Only problem is that it's not wide enough for my big cat to get on. Length, thickness is ok, but definitely could be wider.

My cat, who isn't easily amused, loves this scratch board! It's a little low to the ground but thankfully, she still uses it.

Not sized for a larger cat
Product is more for smaller cats or kittens, my cat loves her scratching board she used to have but I can no longer find it at Petsmart and thought this would be similar but its small and thin and she won't even touch it. kind of disappointed.
