It's a good product and it works for RLS I would highly recommend this for deficiencies purposes, and /or for sleep. It is a natural mineral our bodies need. But I wouldn't take it without a Holistic or natural path doctor, to tell you how much for how long, unless you know what you're doing and have studied up on it… Even though our bodies produce this, and we lack due to our eating habits and our soil nowadays you don't want to take too much for too long Balance is the Key!
