This us a great product and is even better than expected.The build quality is superior, well made and very long lasting. You really feel like have a high level product that does what it should and really at a great price.This massager is also designed in such a way that allows it to be used in a wide range of applications, in many areas of the body with good reach and comfortable to be held. I was able to reach all around my neck, shoulders and back with this wand, and really eliminates the need for multiple products being this is an all in one. the settings are great and after a short session I felt brand new! 2.24.19 Update:The company reached out to me in Dec. 2018 to offer a replacement for the toy that had the button break. I was grateful and happy to have the toy again, so l accepted.Last night...the exact same button broke! This is with a light touch on the power button, you hear a small, muffled *snap* and then the button is malformed.The attached picture is the New device l was sent as a free replacement.I like your device...when the parts don't break immediately.4.23.18 UpdateAbout 2 weeks ago my Sensual-U had a moment where the power button wouldn't respond to being turned off. I was tired and figured it was user error somehow and plugged it in so it stopped vibrating.Today, I used the toy and went to turn it off...this time there was no click and the machine wouldn't turn off. I plugged it in, it kept going... eventually l poked and prodded through the plastic button cap and it turned off but doesn't respond at all or light up when plugged it. I got this for a friend as a joke birthday gift. We were discussing gifts for her upcoming birthday and I must have paused in thought for too long or her gutter mind just works faster than mine, and she suddenly said "you are not getting me a vibrato for my birthday" .... And so I thought *yes I am*.Anyhow, not wanting to be cheap.... Again.... Oh God I've done this before and failed.... Err.. Um.. Anyhow this time I did a bit of research. And owing to a combination of Amazon's psychotic recommendation algorithms and pretty frank reviews around here I decided to purchase this model. I'd little hopes of it coming (see what I did there) close to the real deal plugin/Kickstart model.Yet, here I am surprised as this thing actually works as a massager. I'd give it 5 stars but the settings just seem to cycle through various levels if indimidating. A sense mutually felt between us when it was first switched on and just the sound of it started to resonate throughout the house.

I had the original Hitachi before it got rebranded. And although this one isn't as strong, it's a hell of a lot quieter than the original Hitachi. The highest setting is like a 7/10 in comparison to the original hitachis highest setting. The different pulse patterns are cool. I've timed the battery life and I can leave it on , at the highest setting for about 2 hours maybe 3 hours straight before it dies. And as the battery dies the strength slowly fades out. Till it shuts off. It stays charged for a least a month. But there's no way to know the power level since there is no gauge/light. It's fully charged within an hour of charging. And it doesn't need a super powerful chargerbox to work. I can use the USB outlet on my desk lamp or bedside radio to charge it just fine. It doesn't draw that much power to have to be plugged into an outlet (unlike some other toys I had)

Works well. Very comfortable and powerful. Unfortunately didn’t last long due to a cheaply made plastic collar. Once that cracks it has to be thrown away.
