Finally! This Magma Boulder decoration is perfect for my 5-gallon fish tank and Karl just loves it. Just rinse well and drop it in. I've tried multiple cubby holes from Amazon and the pet store but the paint chipped off, they attracted mold like a magnet and had a lot of sharp edges that needed to be sanded down to protect your fish. They all looked like some cheap plaster project we all made as kids in elementary.This decoration is solid, well-made, very smooth in and out, and looks great as part of a natural habitat for your fish. I can't recommend it enough.

Beautiful pleco cave with some nice detailing. I centered this in my tank for my pleco baby to claim as his own. It's a popular hangout for him, the betta sorority and my giant apple snail. Everyone loves the cave, and I will definitely purchase more of these for other tanks.

I'm not sure what thickness has to do with this product.I rinse it off in cold water for about a minute or more. It isnt smooth but a bit textured, like pottery before being glazed. When I put it into my fish tank, it started to release something into the water, like tiny bubbles of something. I thought odd, left it for a minute thinking it will calm down. It didn't. I pulled it out. Within 15 mins my filter light started blinking, meaning change the filter. This was after only 24hrs in use. It definitely had to be changed. I take it as that decor mucked up the water. Within 8 hours of putting this decor in, one of my Mollies died & the other 2 were struggling. The 2 struggling ones are doing fine now.

You should purchase your fish homes only from Pleco ceramics!!!!!!!! Their products are the best. Except quality. I love how realistic they look. All of my tanks have a more natural theme to them and so these look absolutely perfect. I love all 5 yes 5 of my ceramic hides for my aquatic friends. I am so proud to be a Pleco ceramics owner. Thank you so much. And thank you for your excellent service especially during such hard times.

Feels more fragile than other decor I have. I really like this piece though. I got a few others that were rounded etc to glue onto each other for more hiding spots. My aggressive convicts love picking spots in the aquarium and about one pair usually gets one of these to themselves. My bigger red blood parrots can't fit, but smaller ones can. Bigger convicts can which sure many other varieties can as well.

The media could not be loaded.  This rock is a must have for any aquarium. The color is great it has some weight to it made very well it’s sunk to the bottom right away my fish love it any aquarium owner would not regret buying this ceramic rock for their fish tank

I’ve been looking for the perfect size cave for my 5 gallon betta tank for years. They are either too big or too small. This one is the perfect size. It’s made of ceramic and not plastic which I appreciate. There were no sharp edges to harm fins, so I just rinsed and added it to the tank. My fish explored it almost immediately.
