I bought 3 of these collars for my mastiffs. So far there hasn't been any problems. There wasn't any instructions in the box on how to use the tester but once I emailed I got a quick response. I give it 5 stars because so far it has worked great and also because the customer service was excellent.

My 70lb American Bulldog wore this collar a handful of times. I bought it mainly to camp with. At first I thought it was great. I had it on her today and it malfunctioned! It would not stop zapping her! She was yelping with her tail tucked. I have never seen my dog react to anything like that. I took the collar off her neck and got zapped myself! It's light was blinking and would not shut off! I had to take the battery out of it to stop the collar from zapping!

Received it yesterday , had to adjust the sensitivity all the way up to 7 before it would beep on a shih tzu barking. She barked heard a tone, kept barking 2nd tone went off then 3rd bark she felt it and stopped barking, she hasnt barked since . She is in the backyard with my jack russells running around playing and I still have not heard a bark from her today. I got the collar for her to wear in her crate overnight. I regret not getting this collar sooner. I might not have to put the collar on her tonight if she stays quiet like this.

Works awesome! Battery won't last to long , and you cannot buy the batteries anywhere...dog here's beep and stops before even getting shocked so worth it! Next I'm looking for a rechargeable one!!!! Or one with normal batteries!

I have 2 giant poodles who bark whenever anybody walks by. Tried several expensive bark collars, remote controls etc but nothing worked for long. This collar works perfectly! It automatically warns progressivly - little buzz, stronger buzz, little shock etc. My dogs only need the little warning buzz and there is peace! Thank you Demaron.

Just a waste of my money, and as a retiree I don't have much to throw around. The testing cycle tells me the units(2) are working, however, when the dogs start barking the units seem to be asleep. I have changed prongs, and tightened the collars to where they are almost too tight, but to no avail. I would not recommend this collar to anyone.

Works well but if your dog dosnt barck loud you have to turn up the sensitivity. Then if you have a collar with tag the tinking sound might set it off.
