I got these as a gift for my scotch drinking husband. He always would complain that the ice would melt too fast. We've tried the silicone cubes before but he said it didn't have the same feel to it. Easy flavor enhancement
I bought this set of whiskey stones for my dad on fathers day and he loved them. Truly a unique gift that he didn't even know existed. They aren't really stones since they are ceramic but I prefer the spherical shape to a cubed stone they flow with the beverage better. The tongs are perfect for gripping these stones and the bag makes good for travel. I received this product at a discounted rate in exchange for an honest review. Smaller than I thought.
I ordered these VinLuxe Premier White Ceramic Whiskey Chilling Rocks Balls Gift Set as a gift for my daughter. She enjoys whiskey and I thought that this would be a nice gift for her. These are a lot smaller that I thought. I hope that is not going to be an issue for her. This set comes with tongs and a travel pouch. You put the balls in your freezer for 2 - 3 hours and then drop into your favorite drink. They keep whatever you drink, whether it be wine, whiskey, vodka, etc cold without diluting your drink like ice. Once my daughter has opened and used her gift, I will update with her opinion on these chilling balls. The package that the balls arrived in came on time and in excellent condition with no breaks or cracks in the packaging or the balls. I did receive this product at a discount or free in exchange for my unbiased and honest opinion. That in no way affects my opinion of this lovely gift. Again, I will update with further information once my daughter uses them. This does make a nice gift for that person who has everything.

When the package arrived it was heavily dented and the side of it was ripped open. I wasn't sure what had happened to make it look like it had been so heavily smashed but the ceramic rocks were still unharmed. Other than the packaging being destroyed the product is as described. My only comment is that I bought these for my husband to match the Whiskey and Beverage glasses I got him a few months ago, and am disappointed at the size of the balls. They are basically the size of marbles and don't displace much liquid or chill the beverage that much, that fast. The tongs that came with this product are really good! The curve to them is a perfect match for the balls and is a zero hassle grab. The ceramic rocks are easy to rinse, dry and put back in the freezer. I received these for a discount in exchange for an honest review.

Not impressed. My husband has used these two times and has commented both times that they do not chill his whiskey. He has put them in his drink for the recommended time and removed them, and he has left them in while drinking his drink, and neither time did they really chill his drink. They had been frozen for several days prior on both occasions. They look very nice and have a great presentation with the velvet bad and tongs, but they don't seem to do the job.

This is my husbands favorite thing to use for his whiskey drinks now. He's been using the ice balls before and they would always melt then dilute the drink etc. it's ok if the drink was cheap but the whiskey he buys are so expensive that you want to savor every drop of it. These are a lot smaller than I imagine but it does the job and since my husband is satisfied with it I'll leave a great review.I received a discount on this product in exchange for my honest and unbiased review.
