Do I like this product? Well, I bought two more, and I will be buying some more! It is comfortable to use, and it has started to improve my quality of sleep, it increased my level of alertness, it gave me more energy, and other wonderful changes.... Through effective Earthing! Very small and not designed to stay connected at night while sleeping
Very small...barely worked for grounding through my feet...and the snap-on connection chord just come off at night with any movement at all. Had to return.

Being grounded feels good, even my cat agrees!
I had already bought a grounding sheet for my bed, and black rubber grounding mat, from this same company. They seemed to produce good results for me, especially the grounding sheet, so I decided to try buying this new version at a discount in return for promising to give my honest and unbiased review of it.As you can see from the picture, even pets like this mat! This wasn't the only time I've found her lying on it either. I can imagine they are attracted to it for the same reason as we are: it feels like being outside on the ground. Being grounded gives a distinct sense of well-being.I use this mat under my bare feet at my computer desk while working through the day. Whereas I normally have socks on inside the house (cold feet), the mat reflects enough of my feet's heat that I don't seem to end up with them feeling cold. I prefer being barefoot if possible, so that is a real bonus! Since using grounding mats, both while sleeping, and through the day, I seem to have more energy and feel better overall. It's hard to quantify, but it's definitely noticeable.Try this mat, I think you will like its effects!

HOLY crap this works!! I can feel my feet tingle as I sit at my laptop!
Holy crap this works!! The first time I used this I couldn't believe how tingly my feet felt. It was almost uncomfortable. I can only imagine the damage that my MacBook Pro was doing to my body!! I know barley notice the tingle, I think I crave it. I Love that this matt is a very generous size. my 2 kids can fit at their coloring table and all put their feet on it. They are not being exposed to EMF while coloring but its a great way to drain the electricity from the day. I took a picture of my large size 10 women's feet to show the size.I love this silver technology as well, you can really feel it work.

I have not yet received the mat. I received ...
My original order for the mat got lost somehow. After I contacted the company they tried to find the mat and get it to me. When they could not locate my original shipment they agreed to send me a new one at no cost to me. That was the perfect answer to my issue. As far as the mat goes, it is great. I sleep with the mat on my back and I feel great when I wake up. Great Product
We love our earthing products. We have two of the older black mats, a sheet for our bed and now the silver mat. My husband uses this one while at the computer. He says it helps him focus better.We have both been sleeping better since we started using our earthing products 7 months ago.The biggest difference I can see between the black and silver mats is the silver mat lays flatter than the black mat.I received this product for a discount and all opinions I've expressed are honest, unbiased and at my discretion

Awesome upgraded grounding mat!
I have both the universal mat and this one. Love them both! This one has a really great flexible fabric feel to it. It sticks to me less. I'm enjoying it a lot during the warmer months. I started using the universal mat on my desk under my laptop and really like it there.
