This is a wonderful little resource to help women teach Godly values to their 5-9 year old little princesses.This series of lessons which are shared between mother and daughter starts with a `Tiara Truth', a Godly character trait that this lesson will demonstrate. It then goes on to introduce a woman from the bible who displayed that trait and shows what the character quality looked like in her life and how it can look in our lives today.The lesson then continues with `Princess Pearls' a bible search to find pearls of wisdom related to the character trait being discussed. It then completes with a fun activity, a prayer and a journaling exercise to reinforce the lesson.If you're a mother looking for a nice little resource to help you mold and develop your little princess then this could be just what you're looking for.

We love this book. We bought it for our 5 year old daughter so I read it with her, but sometimes the others sit in on it too (8 year old girl, and even 5 year old boy) there's a lesson to be learned for anyone. The "days" are a little long so sometimes we split it since we do it at bedtime. Also, we leave out the activities at bedtime... occasionally will do them the next day or something. Overall happy with it though.

I went to the seminar and loved it and got the women's book. I was happy to find a similar book for little girls. I have 3 daughters and am happy to have this to encourage their walk with Christ. It is a positive message to increase their self value and worth and see themselves as beautiful in the eyes of God. It is written well and geared toward young girls ages 4 to 10, at least. I would recommend all parts of this series.

This book is formatted to be read and enjoyed together by a mother and daughter. It is targeted at girls from ages 5-9 with the goal of "empowering [your daughter] to comprehend, to respond, and to remember God's Word, and to make godly choices" (pg 10). This is accomplished through 10 "Princess Choices." These are choices such as: obedience, diligence, faith, virtue, etc.This is a compact book that can be read easily and quickly by an adult. However, this book is very interactive. It provides tips on crafts, projects, games, and lots of other ideas of how mothers can reinforce the principles being taught. So it could take a mother and a daughter a while to finish the book. One of the things that I really like about the book also is one of the things that bothers me about it. It contains notes specifically for the mother, which can be tremendously helpful to the mother who is not sure about something like this. However, they are interspersed throughout the text and cause it to become awkward if the daughter is reading the chapter/section out loud. This is because the helpful notes to mom stand in stark contrast to the tone and style of the text before and after the notes. Also, the notes are often written in a form that could literally be read by the mother to the daughter as though it was the mother's own words to her daughter--lending to the awkwardness of the notes.
