Overall: Highly recommend Pros: Great brand that cares about making sure there are no heavy metals. Focus on good handling so you don’t end up with spoilage. One of the only brands that can get that high EPA (3:1 or higher EPA to DHA) that studies associate with all those pain relief and cognitive benefits due to a major anti inflammatory profile. Cons: Pricey, but honestly when I buy cheaper fish oil it usually smells rancid (free radical oxidative damage 😬) and has questionable DHA and next to no EPA…so you get what you pay for 🤷‍♂️ Whole family takes a capsule daily. Daughter has had noticeable improvement in some behaviors (do an internet search on adhd and high EPA fish oil supplementation in children). I squeeze a capsule in a small amount of milk and she drinks. Lemony flavor makes it not taste fishy. Conclusion: We’ve all been taking for over a year and feel the benefits. Highly recommend 👍

I find this brand to be optimal compared to other brands. The capsules are easy to swallow. There is a EPA high potency that I was told by a female psychologist that is great for menopause. The pricing I found to be fair for the number of capsules that come with this purchase. I haven't found any issues with taking the supplement as in side effects.

It's nice to find a fish supplement with other flavors like lemon to mask any leftover fishy taste. We find that this product is great for the masking effect which makes this supplement easy to take and keep taking!

Overall, I like the product. However, I have had some issues. I’ve ordered this or similar products from Nordic Naturals several times in the past year, and I’m not sure if it’s because I live in an area that gets extremely hot at certain times of year or if it’s something in the manufacturing, but a few of my bottles have had the pills stuck together and I’ve had to break them apart. When that happens the pills tend to taste like fish oil and I’m not a fan. I generally don’t get a strong lemon flavor, but it must be enough to hide the flavor of the fish oil. The other thing is that it seems the price has gone up considerably since I first started buying them. And then when I’ve put them on my subscribe and save, they’re either out of stock or running late.. but then I find them listed at a higher price or slightly different amount of pills, etc.. hence why I’ve bought “similar products” from this company. I’d love to see some consistency with this product, from pricing and availability to flavor and not having them stuck together.
