Using it for about 8 months commuting, almost daily!
Good product.It lacks an interior closed pocket to place wallet, keys and small stuff you may not want to be in the bottom of the back pack. Should have a little bigger exterior side pockets for 33 cl water bottle or small umbrela.But good shoulder support, good design in interior and exterior.I'm happy with the purchase and using it on a daily basis.
