I don't want to be unfair just because didn't work with me, but i have been nauseous each time i took it. I think i fell for just another exotic herb supplement that promises a lot but doesn't help just like garcinia cambodia.I didn't have any result in three weeks. Might work on some other people though.NatureWise CLA 1250 did what it promises and i started to loose inches in 2 weeks . Had to move on right for one hole on my belt ;)
