I have had this product for 2 months and need to replace it already due to the stopper breaking.

The leash kept coiling and twisting as my dog bounced from side to side. Does not work for energetic puppies.

This slip lead is great, but I would recommend a little padding on the handle. If the dog pulls you may get rope burns. I added some felt that had adhesive on it that works perfect. The size is 1" thick, which seems a bit thick for most dogs, but is super durable and easy to hold. To make this leash more versatile, you can unloop it and add a double bolt clip and you have yourself a standard leash. My dog is in-between training and almost mastered walking on a leash, so she'll pull only sometimes. When she is really pulling a lot and needs guidance we use the slip lead. When she is on a casual walk with no distractions, I'll turn the leash into a normal leash. At first I didn't use the stopper but I really like this option now. It makes me feel good knowing I won't choke the dog or cause injury if the stopper is placed correctly. You can easily move the stopper down if you choose not to use it. The leather slip tab is also very nice and moves smooth and stays put when you need it to.I ordered a used/new at a discounted rate and it truly was a new leash. Tags were still attached. Saved myself a few bucks! The colors are vibrant and many people comment on how nice it looks. The item shipped quick and overall I am very happy with my purchase.

Over the years we have purchased many different style leashes from all different local and online pet stores. This might be our favorite leash we have ever purchased, and it was extremely affordable! It is extremely convenient to just have to slip it over our pups head and not have to worry about any buckles or snaps. The cord is high quality, it is very thick but remains light and easy to handle. We’ve been using it daily for about 2 months so far and it still looks new, very durable to this point. Would definitely recommend to all dog owners!

Good length, easy to put on and off, durable (my dog likes to chew on it), comfortable for me to hold. However, it does not help with my dog pulling on walks at all!

Nice and sturdy leash. Easy to put on and off and it has made a difference in my walks with my dog, quite the improvement, he’s more relaxed and not pulling as much - wish I had gotten this leash before. Just note that the placement of the leash is really important for it to work properly, it’s not meant to be used around the neck but high behind the ears - it makes a difference, worth stopping and adjusting if you need to.
