Had to replace old plastic cutters that left jagged edges, plastic does not last but easier to use. Cuts gum paste much cleaner and faster. I should remove one star - my elderly fingers get sore from pushing hard, better if larger rounded edge, but typical for all metal cutters. Some do not have rounded edge to push down on. Ouch! I clean them off with a damp paper towel, metal cutters will rust, even if not used regularly. Larger cutters could be used for cookies. I will probably never use the larger cutter. In my pic I used second to smallest cutter then used a ball tool to thin and frill the rose petals in the picture. Made the roses for cupcakes. Took me about 20 to 30 min to make each rose. Each rose uses from 15 to 20 petals. Youtube will teach you how to make the rose.

Small cutters but good.

These cutters are tiny and wish i could send them back. But as usual, it's not worth me paying so much to send the package back to Amazon.

I didn't pay too much attention on the size. The smaller cutters are really small! Don't know if I'll ever use those for a flower, maybe for something else, but I can use the bigger cutters

These worked really well for making my fondant flower roses and ranunculus. The tiny sizes in this shape help get the realistic look I was going for. Highly recommend!

I used it for my cake decorating project to make some chocolate roses and it made my life 1000x easier. I highly recommend this if you are in the pastry field and make edibles roses often
