今まで色んなルテインを試してきましたが一番効果がありました。 詳しくレビューを書いたのですが採用されなかったです。 レビューの意味がないと思います。

普段DHCのブルーベリー錠を飲んでいましたが、ルテインの量はこっちの方がダントツで多いので試しにブルーベリー錠からこちらに変更 結果こちらの方が目の疲れ、肩こりがだいぶ取れることが判明 配送料がそこそこするので、一度頼んで効果があればいくつか頼んで置いた方が安く済みます 普段から目が疲れていたり、肩こりがするという方は使って損はありません ただ、最近100均ダイソーでルテイン入りブルーベリー錠が出たのでそちらを使った所同じくらい効果がありました これが1800円で90日分(1日20円)なので、100円18袋買って90日÷18袋=5日で1袋(40錠入りなので1日8錠使用) 良い物ですが何分100均のが簡単に手に入るのでそちらを使用しています スチール製すっきりバーという肩こりにすごく効くのもあるのでそれも使うと良いです
