切れ味、重さ、大きさのバランスが丁度良い
特別に切れ味が鋭い訳では無いが素人の自分には丁度良いかなもちろん3000円前後の安物よりは十分良く切れるし、安いのは軽すぎて使いずらい大きさのバランスも良いですね、価格は私にはちょっと高めでしたが同価格の国産のもっともらしい産地を装ったよくある某国製の包丁よりはよっぽど良い買い物をしました。
