It did not curb my appetite at all, I was still hungry and wanting to snack all day. I was very disappointed because I had high expectations for this product considering all the great reviews. I know that everyones body is different, I guess it's just not for me.

This really works
This is my second day using the drops and it has a delicious,raspberry flavor and I feel energy coming back to me. My cravings are really gone. I am having problem using this product. It says to put the drops under your tongue and try not to swallow the product. This is very hard to do so I have stopped using the product. Let me know if there is another method of using the product.
