I had the large Ashley Black blaster when she first launched. I was using it then to try and reduce cellulite - didn’t really do much on that front. Fast forward a decade or so, I invested in a trainer for 6 months and lost 50 lbs and maintained for 2 years now. Total lifestyle change. I get super sore from workouts and I decided to try the small fascia blaster this time for muscle soreness. It works Wonders for that. I use coconut oil In the dry sauna and blast after every workout and what a difference in recovery. I’m in my 40s now, don’t have the energy or time to be incapacitated by super sore muscles LOL! If it works my cellulite down the line then I get that added bonus, but love how it’s helping with my recovery.

Have wanted one for years. Even my husband uses it to work out knots or deep scar tissue. Looking forward to reading and learning more through videos to access all the benefits of this therapeutic tool.

I have the regular Fasciablaster and the Faceblaster and use them both regularly but if I were only going to have one blaster, this would be it. The size is easy to use and the nugget ends for release work has been vital for me. For those worried about buying through Amazon, I can confirm this is an authentic Ashley Black product that arrived in the normal packaging. So glad they've expanded into Amazon UK making it easier and quicker to get products here.
