This is a great patch that hold very well on any velcro you place it on. I bought it for my medic bag at work and it hasn't budged since applying. Only complaint is that is smaller than expected but other wise a great buy

Poor construction
Wanted to get this for my radio strap at work. Out of the box, the corners of the patch would curl up and not sit flush with the velcro on my strap. I noticed the velcro on the patch was starting to detach from the rubber portion on the patch. Wouldn't recommend, didn't even last a month.
