Is this a light pink pearl?

Its a light pink...but its very pink if that makes any sense...i don't think it's as pretty as "walk the plank"...thats my favorite and very pretty...picture looks lighter...hope that helps?

I'mnew to nail polish vs gel polish. Is this a gel polish or no?
