Sorry to say this is a really badly written book. Whilst the information may be accurate and helpful I find bad English grammar irritating and unacceptable in a publication. There are other books costing only a few pennies more that I would choose before this one.

Limited information. Spend a bit more and get The 1 minute Cure by Cavanaugh. Much more informative and thorough.

Interesting read.

I like the book about Hydrogen Peroxide because it has helpful information. I didn't know peroxide was good for so many things. I'm always delighted to learn something new.
