Solid. Excellent for soft tissue pain. Just as good as BioFreeze and other similar brands. Pain dissipates in a matter of a few minutes or so. If you have persistent pain, maybe it's time to see a physical therapist...but just for soreness or moderate pain you can move/work safely through without making an underlying issue worse, this stuff (and the cream)j is solid.

This stuff is amazing for my husband’s back pain and my daughter’s foot pain. My niece uses the cream version on her feet and says it’s the only thing that has helped! Normally starts working in about 15 minutes.

As someone who suffers from chronic pain and muscle spasms, I am constantly searching for products to alleviate my symptoms. The item is well-packaged and even includes a card from the product's founder with contact information. The spray design is convenient, but the product tends to run if not rubbed in properly. Like others have mentioned, I also wish it had more of a "dry" spray feel. Additionally, when you twist the cap to expose the spray nozzle, it appears misaligned. (CAUTION: Avoid looking directly at the nozzle, as even the slightest pressure can cause the spray to discharge, resulting in a cold sensation akin to putting ice in your eye, which can be uncomfortable.) However, once sprayed, the product dispenses perfectly, and after a few minutes, it feels like having an ice pack on the affected area, providing a good distraction from the pain. Unfortunately, it didn't offer relief for me (though not many products do, so don't let that discourage you from trying). Overall, it's a decent product, just not suited to my needs.

I use it on my bank and it works well . It has an easy spray and I can hold it upside down since I can’t see the area on my back.

I got this topical pain spray after seeing ads. The spray ran out much sooner than other pain relief sprays I have used before. As advertised the scent is fine. But runs out way too soon. Not a good value for cost, even if other pain relief spray odors are detectable better buys.

This is my go to anytime I have issues with my neck. It really works! It doesn't have that menthol smell of other pain sprays, and it lasts a long time each use. Definitely helps ease the pain and works fast!

Has an odor but goes away in a few hours. Really takes the pain away for several hours.

Love CRYO THERAPY , however this is the second container that does not work. It gets a little expensive when container doesn’t work and it doesn’t work.
