22 in. Round Granite Cast Stone Hose Pot and Planter

These are a beautiful design and quality. They are larger that I expected, but that is my bad for not reading the description carefully. The only reasons I did not give 5 stars is that they are so lightweight they tip over easily, and i’m Not quite sure about using the top as a planter, which was part of the reason I bought this model. My concern is that there are evaporation holes on the top, which makes sense, but if I plant something directly in this part the holes would be blocked and dirt will filter through the holes onto the hose. If I use pots or a liner, the holes will be blocked. What would have been more clever is to put a lip around the holes in the middle, which would make the planter area a donut-shaped ring around the drain holes. I may rig something like this using epoxy.

Very pretty product to hide a hose. Happy with it!
