They may be advertised as soft gel which to me meant small pills, but these are giant.

Excellent Product. Not easily available OTC and a must have as one ages.

First . . . I'm aware that anecdotal testimonials are highly suspect, but I honestly noted a major up shift in energy levels within a day after starting this product, along with 200 - 300 mg's of plant-based omega 3. The near-immediate effect was like walking out of a mental fog bank, and while it could have been the omega 3, I suspect thanks belongs with the COQ-10. That was a couple of weeks ago, and the beneficial effects are still present. By way of background . . . I'm a 69 year old male, with an 11-year old triple by-pass, who exercises regularly and is otherwise in good health. I hadn't been taking either COQ-10 or omega 3 for several years (tho I probably should have!) but did quit taking two different statins about 9 months ago.

Only a good buy if you get it on discount, the quality is good though.
