I tried lanolin cream and coconut oil before but this one worked best. This works by interacting with breast milk. If you have enough supply and small leaks, use this and a nursing pad and you are good to go. I used this daily for the first 6 weeks. Works best for cracked and sore nipples. Provides cooling and comfort along with healing soreness and cuts and pain. It did not work so well for a friend as she didn’t have enough supply or leaky boobs. You just need to rinse it in hot water and mild soap( I used hand soap) once a day while bathing. It comes with a cleaning sponge and storage container. Great quality and design. Need to wear a padded bra to avoid the silver cup showing through your top. It is on the expensive side but worth the pain relief it provides in the first weeks.

I can’t recommend these enough!! It’s so helpful to make sure I don’t crack, dry up and hurt or create bacteria when breastfeeding. When the nips are sore they are great but if I were to hold my son when they are on I would get pinched! Tried to take a nap with them and also got pinched. They are leak proof and easy to clean after. The container it comes with is small and easy to put into hospital bag. They are also strong… I accidentally dropped and stepped on one lol

I really wanted these to work, because personally I loved them and they helped me heal so quickly (like a noticeable difference in less than 24 hours of wearing them), but they left a metallic smell on my skin and I’m assuming a metallic taste too because my daughter would no longer latch after I started wearing them and would make terrible faces while trying. I rinsed them between uses and rinsed my skin before feeding but after a few days just had to throw the towel in and stop wearing them.

I remember crying during latches with our first born in those first few weeks, and being absolutely MISERABLE. Wanted to try these to avoid having one more thing to put me over the edge this round, and just make our overall breastfeeding journey a little smoother and enjoyable. These have been an absolute lifesaver! I debated between these and a few of the more well known name brands (that are more expensive too), and so glad I went with these as they were more budget friendly and have worked amazingly! As a larger chested mama (roughly 40 D/DD), the XL was the right size for me. The storage case helps me keep track of them (I misplace things a lot, especially if it's pairs of things), and keeps them from getting bent when not in use or dirty after being cleaned.

I am forst time mom bought this shields after so much research and they did not disappoint.. one of best purchase they keep my nipple protacted from any kind of bruising and one of my nipple was hurt and i was constantly using these shields just with breast milk no other ointment and it helped to heal it so quickly and wothoit pain

I don’t often do reviews, however feel like these little devices have saved my breastfeeding journey. My nipples were so badly cracked. I was covering them in balms which in turn were getting over the babies face when feeding, causing her to slip and the trauma started over in a circle again and again. These cups save you from needing balms etc the healing power is amazing I could feel it working in the first few seconds. I woke the next morning like a new mama 🙌🏼 5*

These were a godsend in my early breastfeeding days. Even with baby number 3 my nips struggled. These were a good price and good quality. They feel Awful to wash though, it weird like wiping velvet the wrong way. They collected a small amount of breastmilk so my nips were always damp which may have contributed to helping heal. They were overall good and effective. I’ve still got them to hand just in case.

I did not believe the hype until I was desperate for relief. These saved my life!!! At the start of my nursing journey and again 3 months in when I went travelling with baby and had to feed in a bunch of awkward positions (which led to a bad latch).
