Q: I have been trying to get the right fit all day. It's uncomfortable seemingly no matter how I wear it. I feel pressure like cramps, suggestions?

I felt that pressure when I would sit down. Like it would tip and be pushing up against one wall.... if this is what you're feeling, then I'd suggest Lube!!! I found that just dry I could only get it up so high. So I lubed up the cup and folded it and when I inserted it, it went up much higher without a fight. I found that the higher it went the less I felt it. So I'm thinking you might just not be pushing it up high enough. With this product you're going to get to know yourself REAL WELL lol but once you get the gist of it, it's not too bad!

Q: What’s the difference between the pre child birth and post? Does it really matter?

I all depends on your inner size I guess. If you had a vaginal birth they recommend the larger cup to get a better fit (since you have been stretched), pre-birth if you have never had a kid or had a C-section. If you have never had a kid and you get the larger size it may be uncomfortable for you and may not fully open up inside you to do its job of catching everything. I hope this helps!

The stem definitely shouldn't do that, are you sure you're inserting as instructed? I've also heard that you can cut the string shorter if need be.
